I mean where else did you hear of "bread pakora" earlier?
The best bread pakora's I ate were at, again a seedy joint, in Inder Puri market. All he makes are bread pakoras and tea and makes a healthy living out of it.
His trick is very simple...nice filling and sprinkles chunky chaat masala on top...the bread pakoras assume an entirely different and deadly taste. Of course, you could have the green chutney too, but I'm wary of such public chutneys.
